RUI VINHAS DA SILVA, da Manchester
Business School, em evento agendado (21/8/2003) lá na Sala da
Congregação da FACULDADE DE ECONOMIA E ADMINISTRAÇÃO/USP - www.fia.com.br/portalmba - teceu
considerações sobre a reputação organizacional como instrumento para a competitividade
das empresas, pois hoje em dia as mesmas são muito mais que a somatória dos produtos que
vendem, ao incorporarem valores, responsabilidades e obrigações para com os stakeholders
que as rodeiam.
Marcas, desenvolvimento de novos produtos e a
inovação como elementos diferenciais da oferta também foram abordados, concluindo na
apresentação de um trabalho desenvolvido em Manchester, pioneiro na tentativa de medir a
reputação organizacional e o seu impacto sobre o desempenho financeiro das
organizações (Corporate Reputation and Competitiveness - www.routledge.com ).
Em tópicos anotados por este Cidadão, o
seminário teve a seguinte ordem:

interaction of all the experiences, impressions, beliefs, feelings and knowledge that
people have about a company; the reservoil of goodwill;

communications... and the RATNERS´s joke;

XIII) Being and doing;
XIV) An inspiring vision... I & II;
XV) The Corporate Reputation Chain;

Ao término da exposição, aberta a fase de
perguntas, sob inspiração daquele e-ibm-ad que diz para sair na frente...
este The Flash Cidadão aproveitou a administrativa oportunidade para perguntar ao
professor VINHAS se a possibilidade de criação da reputação da empresa seria
factível, antes mesmo da empresa, ops,!;-)
RUI VINHAS DA SILVA respondeu que não, ora pois,
pois é lógico que a reputação é criada após a empresa, no complexo de relações
empresariais.
Perguntou então este Cidadão Candidato à
Filósofo se a situação é parecida com a reputação na Política (partidária ou
não).
RUI VINHAS DA SILVA respondeu que sim, a
situação é muito parecida, pois a metodologia usada em Corporate Reputation and
Competitiveness comprova tal correlação, inclusive com exemplos britânicos.
